Website demonstrations

The software examples use illustrative records. Changes you make in a demonstration stay in that browser page and reset when it is reloaded. They do not create real bookings, process payments, or send messages.

Enquiry drafts

In preview mode, the enquiry is held in the current page’s memory. Reviewing it does not send it to AutoCodeSolutions. Copying uses your device’s clipboard; downloading creates a text file on your device. Reloading the page clears the draft.

Connected enquiry delivery

When online delivery is configured and the form offers “Send enquiry”, submitting sends the details you enter to the configured enquiry service for the purpose of responding to your request. Delivery is confirmed only when that service accepts the request. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, passport, or customer information.

Email, telephone, and WhatsApp

When available, these links open the selected service. An email or WhatsApp draft is not sent automatically. That provider’s own privacy terms apply when you use it.

Cookies and analytics

This implementation does not configure an analytics service or advertising cookies. Hosting providers may maintain operational request logs. Retention and any additional services should be documented by the operator before they are enabled.
